National Indigenous Peoples Day

June is National Indigenous History Month! A time to honour the rich history, cultural knowledge, and enduring strength of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples across Turtle Island.
This month invites all of us to learn more, listen deeply, and reflect on the histories and contributions of Indigenous peoples - not only in the past, but in the present and future of these lands.
Let this be a time of celebration, remembrance, and recommitment to truth and reconciliation.
We are excited to announce that we will be celebrating National Indigenous Peoples Day on June 19th in lieu of June 21st. This date has been chosen to provide everyone the opportunity to travel to their communities and participate in local celebrations or ceremonies. We look forward to seeing all of you.
